    Very good

It was quiet and comfortable, and ideally located for HMV forum

The room was very small, and seemed unusually hot even though the heating was not on.

Good staff, service and comfortable hotel. When I had any problem, the staff are there for helpful. Breakfast was correct for room price. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Exceptional

hotel perfectly situated for both Camden and Kentish town. Rooms spacious clean and well equipped. We were pleasantly suprised by this hotel and would defenitely stay again.

Fairly spacious room, shower ok. Clean. Fridge in room was useful.

There were not enough tables at breakfast and we had to wait until people had finished, then sit with their dirty dishes etc on our table. The breakfast was poor. The hotel was not as close to Camden Town as we thought. We had to pay on arrival, so did not have the opportunity to voice our disappointment and request a discount due to our disappointment.

Stuff isOK. Good service for the money. Hairdryer in room, also TV and warming bottle.

Breakfast is the same and poor. Just maybe one more type of coffe, and corn flakes and to add some eggs or hot dogs won't hurt so much, and the quests will feel better. Hotel is a bit far but it looked longer since main line is not working. Maybe they can write in explanation"how to get there" the number of the busses since it is much easier way to reach the hotel, ant the bus station is a 1meter far.

    Good

Early access to the room, good value for London

    An average breakfast

Staff were friendly. The property was really conveniently located for my trip to London. The room and common areas were clean and appeared to have been recently renovated

The convenience of being on Camden Road does mean that the road noise is pretty high through the night. The room was very warm as the in-floor heating was on (despite warm weather) and couldn't be turned off, and so had to sleep with the windows wide open.

When we finally arrived we were asked to switch to another hotel as they were overbooked! We had flew in from Scotland, then taken a bus to Gatwick, then the tube to Kentish Town (which was said to be moments away), then walked for 15 minutes, and when finally there were greeted with the receptionist major problem of the day, and then when we argued that we didn't want to move any further away, were made to feel like it was our fault for not being co-operative! Terrible welcoming, which put a damper on the whole stay, and made us see what a terrible choice the Corner House Hotel actually was!

    Superb

Brilliant location, great for Camden Market and close to bus/tube stations for central London. Staff were very friendly, and didn't mind us coming back 'well refreshed' at 4am Sunday morning!

itwasnt a hotel it was a bed and breakfast without real breakfast. at all the other hotels i stayed at during my 2 week visit it was the only hotel who didint cook fresh eggs and ham and sausage for breakfast. all i got was some cold cereal and toast. you guys would really be an A plus for a b and b if you would cook some hot breakfast for yr guests.

    Very good

The male receptionist was very friendly and helpful, even though he was on his break he was very pleasant and gave information and directions

There was some interuptance to the tv but otherwise ok

There was a free wifi and a hairdryer in the room. The room was not too small (as in many London hotels) and there were a desent sized desk, tv and mirror in the room. Warm shower. Good bus connection, but much further from the underground than website and reviews claim (not walkable unless you're prepared to drag your suitcase uphill for a half an hour).

No lift, instead narrow, dingy, wooden stairs that you barely can drag your suitcase up to. I'm a small woman with a limp and had huge difficulties getting my luggage up to the hotel and then up to my room, the staff was unwilling to help. Not suitable for disabled persons, people with heavy luggage or old people. Also very noisy (because of the wooden stairs, gurgling plumming, thin walls and situated on a busy road). I'm a heavy sleeper, but even I was woken twice a night. Very poor breakfast. Towels worn. Bed uncomfortable. This hotel does not deserve the 3 star rating (it's 2 at the most). Also not worth the 126 pound I was charged for a single room for 2 nights. If you was a cheap, clean, no fuss hotel, go to Chelsea Guesthouse. Much better.
